Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Prepare and submit Client RA Bills (MSEDCL/DISCOM).
- Verify Joint Measurement (JMC) and executed quantities.
- Prepare, verify and certify Subcontractor RA Bills.
- Reconcile client and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with site execution teams for quantity verification.
- Maintain billing records, MIS reports and project documentation.
- Follow up for bill approvals and payments.
- Support variation claims and ensure contract compliance.
- Track and reconcile DTC materials, Bay materials and issued quantities for billing purposes.
