Job Description
- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts activities at project locations.
- Handle AP, AR, General Ledger and project accounting.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements and project cost reports.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow and cost control.
- Process vendor bills, subcontractor payments and customer invoices.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closure.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ERP data.
- Coordinate with Corporate Finance and Project teams for smooth financial operations.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: CA (Inter) / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
- Experience: 5–12+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong Knowledge Of:
- GST
- TDS
- Financial Reporting
- Cost Control
- Budgeting
- MIS
- Banking & Reconciliation
- Hands-on experience in ERP / Tally / SAP / Oracle or similar accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to relocate and work at Pan India locations.
