1. Project Manager – 01 Position
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
Experience & Skills:
- 10 years or more of relevant post-qualification experience in construction and infrastructure sector.
- Exposure in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, High-rise Building and Government Projects.
- Strong communication skills with experience in departmental Coordination and contractor management
- Capable of overall project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder management.
2. Sr. Engineer / Jr. Engineer – 02 Positions
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
Experience & Skills:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in construction and infrastructure sector.
- Exposure in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, High-rise Building and Government Projects.
- Good knowledge of building lines, costing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), quality calculation, and execution.
- Proficient in reading drawings, preparing BOQ, and site coordination.
