✅Key Responsibilities:
COST ACCOUNTANT:
- Lead Project-wise cost planning, BOQ preparation, rate analysis & estimates
- Prepare MIS reports, profitability statements & cash flow projections
- Review Sub-contractor bills, material reconciliation & back-charge workings
- Monitor costs, procurement & vendor negotiations
- Ensure compliance with CAS and land AS 11/115.
- Support cost audits, due diligence & reconciliations
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT – REAL ESTATE
- Lead financial accounting, reporting & compliance for real estate projects
- Ensure GST, RERA escrow accounts, JDA accounting & timely statutory fillings
- Manage direct tax matters, Section 444B audit & assessments
- Prepare lender MIS, fund flow statements & ensure loan compliance
- Manage accounts team & liaise with auditors and stakeholders
INTERNAL AUDITOR – COMMERCIAL
- Conduct risk-based audits across procurement, contarcts, billing & collections.
- Verify Sub-contractor RA bills, claims, DOA & payment approvals
- Audit billing, cycle, taxes, petty cash & advances
- Review budgets vs actuals, cost overuns & re-appropriation requests
- Prepare audit reports, track observations & support statutory audit coordination
INTERNAL AUDITOR – TECHNICAL
- Audit technical if road, bridge & real estate projects
- Verify site quantities, QC reports & material management
- Review plant & equipment utilization, EHS compliance & safety norms
- Evaluate Sub-contractor workmanship, milestones & as-built documents
- Assess project scheduling, delays & applicability of LD clauses
