Roles & Responsibilities
- Search and track tender opportunities from various portals.
- Download, review, and maintain tender documents and records.
- Assist in preparation of technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and finance teams.
- Prepare compliance sheets, BOQs, and cost support documents.
- Ensure timely submission of tender documents.
- Maintain tender trackers and follow up with clients.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and support contract handover activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of tendering process.
- Understanding of BOQ and estimation.
- MS Excel proficiency.
- AutoCAD knowledge.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Documentation and compliance expertise.

- Analyze risks and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Review technical and commercial bid documents.
- Handle bid clarifications and client interactions.
- Maintain tender records and MIS reports.
- Support contract finalization activities.
- Guide and mentor tendering team members.
