We are looking for dynamic professionals from the infrastructure sector with strong hands-on experience in Billing & Planning functions. Candidates should have exposure to Highway, Airport, Building, Mining, and Industrial Projects.

Job Description

• Prepare detailed project schedules, resource histogram and cash flow plans.
• Develop, monitor and update project baseline schedules using MSP / Primavera P6.
• Prepare periodic look-ahead plans, weekly / monthly progress reports and recovery plans
• Monitor project progress against baseline and identify deviations
• Prepare and verify running bills, RA bills, BOQ based billing and variation claims.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and reconciliation with clients/consultants
• Maintain accurate project data, BOQ, measurements and rate analysis.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Finance teams for smooth project execution
• Manage projection, cost forecasts and support in value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, billing guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Support in project planning, budgeting and reporting for reporting for management reviews
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS for decison making.

What We Are Looking For ?

• Strong knowledge of Billing & Planning processes
• Experience in infrastructure sector
• Exposure to Highway, Building, Mining and Industrial Projects
• Proficiency in Planning software: MSP, Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Leadership qualities and team management skills.
