SR. MANAGER – EHS [EHS | SAFETY | LEADERSHIP]
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Job Location: Ahmedabad
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 8 to 12 Years of experience in EHS/Safety
- Must have experience in High Rise Building Projects
- Strong knowledge of EHS laws, safety standards, risk assessment, and incident Investigation.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining EHS management systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in Safety audits, training, and compliance management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement & monitor EHS policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with legal & other requirements
- Conduct risk assessment, safety audits, and Inspections
- Lead safety training programs and promote a strong safety culture
- Investigation incidents and implement corrective & preventive actions.
